1. Terms and Conditions
1.1 The content on this website is provided by Trackfellow AB (hereinafter “Trackfellow”), with org. number 559473-2785). These terms and conditions (referred to as “Terms and Conditions”), constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trackfellow AB (referred to as "Trackfellow," "we," "us," or "our" in this agreement). The terms apply to all of Trackfellow’s services, covering your access to and use of Trackfellow's website, the Trackfellow application, and associated domains and subdomains (collectively referred to as "the services" or "products" in this agreement).
1.2 By accessing and using the services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use our services and/or application.
2. Use of the Services
2.1 The services facilitate the delivery of software, text, graphics, images, video, audio, data, and other materials (collectively referred to as "Content"). The Content may be owned by us or provided through agreements that we have with others, including other users of the services, our partners, sponsors, or subsidiaries. The Content is protected by copyright under both Swedish and international laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You have no rights to or in the Content, and you may not use the Content except as allowed under these Terms and Conditions. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from us or the owner of the Content. You must retain all copyright and other notices contained in the original Content on any copies you make of the Content. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, except to utilize features of the services that naturally involve publishing or sharing content with the public. If you breach any part of these Terms and Conditions, your license to access and/or use the Content and services automatically terminates, and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Content.
2.2 Various company product and service names displayed on the services may be trademarks or service marks owned by others ("Third Party Marks"). Your use of the services shall not be construed as granting, by implication, any license or right to use any Third Party Mark displayed on these services. 2.4 The services are for personal use only and may not be used in connection with commercial activities except those specifically authorized by us. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Collecting e-mail addresses of other users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail or other communications. Any use of the services that, in our sole discretion, impairs the reliability, speed, or operation of the services or any underlying hardware or software.
- The services are for personal use only and may not be used in connection with commercial activities except those specifically authorized by us.
- Any use of the services that is deemed illegal or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3. General Terms and Conditions for All Users
3.1 To be able to use the application, you need to sign in with your Google or Apple Account. You thereby create a secure, passwordless account with Trackfellow.
3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account from unauthorized and fraudulent use. Notify us immediately via e-mail if you detect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account, or if you suspect your account is at risk.
3.3 The Trackfellow application will not refund any payments made to the application prior to your report of unauthorized or fraudulent use of your account.
3.4 The Trackfellow application reserves the right to close or cancel the account of any registered user in case of unauthorized or fraudulent use.
3.5 The Trackfellow application may offer promotions and free offers, subject to additional terms or restrictions. These offers are non-transferable between users.
4. Liability
4.1 Trackfellow, and the materials on Trackfellow and our website, are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Trackfellow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
4.2 Trackfellow and its suppliers are not liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party due to the use or inability to use Trackfellow, our website, or any other services provided by Trackfellow or the materials in Trackfellow, even if Trackfellow or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
5. Automatic Updates
5.1 You consent to us downloading and installing updates to Trackfellow on your device according to your privacy preferences. You can revoke this permission at any time by deleting Trackfellow from your device.
6. Governing Law
6.1 These Terms and Condition are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. You irreversible submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden.
7. Links
7.1 Trackfellow has not reviewed all the sites linked to Trackfellow or its corresponding website and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, or control by Trackfellow of the site. Use of any such linked website is at your own risk, and we strongly advise you to make your own investigations regarding the suitability of those sites.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Trackfellow collects and processes personal data of its users. You can read more about our use of personal data in our privacy policy. Our collection and processing of personal data complies with the legislation in force at any given time.

9. Registration and Subscription
9.1 The services of Trackfellow are either provided for free (account called Freemium) while some services are granted access to after payment is made (Premium Account), see Section 10 below for more information.

10. Payment for Premium Account
10.1 Payment is made in advance for each subscription period. You can select the subscription period that best meets your needs to access the premium services. Once you sign up and pay for the Premium Account subscription, the selected validity period will be associated with your account.
10.2 You can cancel your subscription to the Trackfellow Premium Service for premium members at any time by initiating the cancellation on the Trackfellow platform.
10.3 Unless otherwise specified in Section 9, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to the Premium Members as well.
11. Termination by Trackfellow
11.1 Trackfellow reserves the right to terminate your account without notice if you fail to comply with our terms and conditions.
11.2 Trackfellow holds the sole right and discretion to remove and report any illegal material or any material infringing these Terms and Conditions. We may remove any material and user content without prior notice. We may also terminate your account and access to our services following a serious infringement or repeated infringements.
